2. Scope of the GTC
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) apply to the contractual relationship between Tatár Antal Róbert E.V. (hereinafter: Service Provider) and clients (hereinafter: Client).
3. Subject of the Service
The Service Provider offers business management, strategic, and decision-support consulting services, including but not limited to: strategic analysis, financial modeling, business plan preparation, controlling, grant consulting, and Go/No-Go analysis.
4. Formation of the Contract
The contract is concluded based on the order submitted by the Client and the written confirmation sent by the Service Provider. Individual terms are always set out in a written offer.
5. Fees and Payment Terms
The service fee is determined based on an individual offer. Payment is due within 8 days of the invoice date via bank transfer. In case of delay, late payment interest will be charged in accordance with the Civil Code.
6. Confidentiality
The Service Provider undertakes to treat all business information received from the Client as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider provides advisory opinions, but the final decision always rests with the Client. The Service Provider's liability is limited to the amount of the paid service fee.
8. Governing Law
These GTC are governed by Hungarian law. In case of legal dispute, the parties shall primarily seek to resolve it through negotiation; failing this, the competent Hungarian court shall have jurisdiction.
These GTC shall enter into force on July 1, 2026.
