Decision-making questionnaire
This is not a request for proposal.
This is a pre-decision filter.
I work in situations where:
- there's a real stake (money, time, reputation),
- it's not yet decided whether a project should start,
- and it's important that a decision can be justified later.
The purpose of the questionnaire is to:
- understand the decision-making situation,
- filter out cases where I am not the right partner,
- and decide if the next step makes sense.
Completion time: approx. 5–8 minutes
