The process in 3 steps
1. Exploring the decision situation
You bring the decision situation, the dilemma, or the business question. As a first step, we jointly explore the objectives, the available information, and the factors influencing the decision.
2. Examining the decision logic
Every decision is built on assumptions. We analyze and test these using structured methods.
- What happens if a basic assumption is not met?
- What risks remained hidden?
- What alternatives are available?
- How does the decision change if the environment changes?
The goal is not to find a predetermined answer, but to strengthen the decision logic.
3. Structured decision map
By the end of the process, you will have a clear decision framework that shows:
- what assumptions the decision is based on,
- what the most important risks are,
- where the uncertainties lie,
- what information is missing,
- what next steps are recommended.
You still make the decision – but based on a clearer, more considered foundation.
