The goal is not to find a predetermined answer, but to strengthen the decision logic.

3. Structured decision map

By the end of the process, you will have a clear decision framework that shows:

• what assumptions the decision is based on,
• what the most important risks are,
• where the uncertainties lie,
• what information is missing,
• what next steps are recommended.

You still make the decision – but based on a clearer, more considered foundation.
